AccountTrackr is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your information when you use the AccountTrackr app.

• Your email address (including private relay addresses created using Apple’s Hide My Email feature)
• Your business name and related details (e.g., address, contact info, account identifiers)

This information is used strictly to provide core app features and is never used beyond what is required for app functionality. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any unrelated purposes.

2. Apple Privacy Features

AccountTrackr fully supports Apple’s privacy tools. If you choose to use Hide My Email, the app will treat your private relay email address the same as a standard email for functionality such as account identification and support.

We also respect Apple’s Mail Privacy Protection, and do not attempt to track email opens, IP addresses, or location-based data from any email communications.

3. Data Storage and Security

All collected data is securely stored on a third-party cloud database (such as Firebase Firestore) using encryption and authentication protocols. AccountTrackr does not operate its own servers and does not access or transmit your data beyond what is required for app functionality.

4. No Data Sharing or Selling

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal or business information to any third parties. Your data remains private and under your control at all times.

5. Third-Party Services

AccountTrackr may interface with third-party services (such as cloud databases and printer APIs) solely to support app features. These services may have their own privacy policies and are responsible for the data they manage. AccountTrackr does not transmit your data to any third-party service beyond what is required for app functionality and only as explicitly configured by you.

6. Data Deletion Requests

If you would like to delete your account and any associated data, you may do so by contacting us directly. Upon request, we will permanently delete your information from our connected databases within a reasonable timeframe.
